What You’ll Do

• Quickly return inbound leads and calls from homeowners needing HVAC or plumbing help
• Schedule and conduct professional on-site estimates and consultations
• Diagnose comfort and plumbing issues, present solutions, and close sales on the spot
• Build lasting relationships with customers through honest recommendations and exceptional service
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize your commission earnings
• Work closely with the dispatch and service teams to ensure smooth job handoff and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, financing options, and promotions
