Location: Mar Vista, CA (on-site, full-time)

Pay: $24–$34/hour depending on experience

Hours: Monday–Friday, full-time

About the Role

A well-established, family-owned plumbing and property management company is looking for an experienced, versatile Office Manager/Bookkeeper to be the administrative and financial backbone of our small operation. If you've worked in a trades company or property management office and handled both the phones and the books — this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

Answer phones and manage scheduling/dispatching for a team of plumbers

Handle incoming calls from tenants regarding maintenance and rental inquiries

Full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online for two business entities

Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly reconciliations

Prepare monthly financial summaries for the owners

Manage incoming rent payments (check and cash), receipts, and deposits

General office administration: filing, mail, correspondence, vendor coordination

What We're Looking For

3+ years in a combined admin/bookkeeping role — ideally at a trade contractor or property management company

QuickBooks Online proficiency (we will ask specific workflow questions in the interview)

Professional, warm phone manner — you are the voice of the business

Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable

Comfortable being the sole office administrator in a small, tight-knit team

Bilingual English/Spanish is a genuine plus
