Plumbing Supervisor EMPLOYMENT BEGINS: As soon as possible PRIMARY PURPOSE:+ To maintain all plumbing and related fixtures in such a manner that students have a safe, sanitary, and comfortable place in which to learn.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:+ High School Diploma or GED + Texas Drivers License with less that three (3) moving traffic violations within the past three (3) years

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

+ Possess a working knowledge of plumbing. + Exhibit ability to work with hand tools. + All plumbing hand tools, drills, sawsall, concrete saw, core drill, jack hammers (air and electric), chop saw, welding torch(cutting and soldering), powervise and power head threaders, lift gate, chain and ratchet pipe cutters, hammer drills, post hole diggers (gas and manual), various locating equipment, test equipment, sewer and jetting equipment

EXPERIENCE

+ Successful experience of one (1) year in plumbing trade.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

+ Assist in keeping trucks supplied with appropriate replacement parts and materials. + Assist in maintaining all plumbing related fixtures and equipment. + Assist in the maintenance and repair of both internal and external plumbing systems. + Assist in the maintenance of water, sewer, and gas systems. + Assist in the preventative maintenance and repairs of plumbing fixtures, hot water heaters, and sprinkler systems. + Assist in the operation and proper care of assigned vehicles and tools. + Keep trucks supplied with appropriate replacement parts and materials in neat and orderly fashion. + Assist in the completion of wor...
