Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute plumbing layouts accurately
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, thread, assemble, and install piping systems efficiently
• Perform welding and pipe threading tasks to connect metal pipes securely
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with carpentry, HVAC, and other trades
• Conduct inspections to ensure plumbing systems comply with building codes and safety standards
• Assist with remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure
• Lift heavy materials safely and operate construction equipment as needed for installation tasks

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and materials
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for complex plumbing layouts
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in welding, pipe threading, and assembly of piping systems
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment used in construction environments
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning
