Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision to ensure secure connections.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems on construction sites to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure.
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems efficiently.
• Lift heavy materials safely and operate construction equipment as needed on-site.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields such as HVAC or general construction site work.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques.
• Strong mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in plumbing installation.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site transportation needs.
