Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, dependable Plumber with a minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing. The ideal candidate has an " I can " attitude and is open to learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Install and repair pipes, fixtures, valves, water heaters, and related systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Represent Flow Technology Plumbing, Inc. with professionalism and integrityRequired Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of professional plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Plumbing license or certification preferred (but not required)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Pay Structure

• $30–$38 per hour for plumbers with 4+ years of experience
