The Plumber position is a highly skilled position requiring the incumbent to be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation and repair of the plumbing systems in the facility.

This role pays an hourly rate of $30.00-$33.00 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays) This position will remain open until August 14, 2026. Responsibilities: * Performs plumbing maintenance and repair to all center plumbing and atmospheric control systems, including sprinkler systems and fountains. * Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment. * Review blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures. * Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks. * Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs, to establish the sequence of pipe installations, and to plan installation around obstructions such as electrical wiring. * Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports. * Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, and fixtures in structures, using measuring instruments such as rulers and leve...
