Plumber/Handyman

Job Overview

We are seeking several skilled Plumbers/Handymen to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining and upkeeping properties.

Duties

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as PLUMBING, electrical, painting, carpentry work, and repairing drywall, etc.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Determine the root cause of the issue and make the necessary repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PLUMBER or similar role.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

-Team player, works closely with the property manager.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., carpentry, electrical ).
• Experience in electrical work.
