Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumber Technician to join our team and bring expertise in plumbing systems, construction, and maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining water and plumbing systems across various construction sites and commercial properties. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in commercial and residential settings
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble and modify plumbing components
• Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to interpret project requirements and ensure precise execution
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent failures and extend system lifespan
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing installations align with project specifications and local building codes
• Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing systems into new or renovated structures while adhering to safety standards

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a focus on construction plumbing or related trades
• Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, HVAC integration, and plumbing system maintenance
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and the use of hand tools and power tools
• Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, construction site safety protocols, and local building codes
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physical tasks required on construction sites including heavy lifting and remodeling work
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical specifications
• Experience with carpentry or handyman tasks is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license for commercial driving; experience operating construction vehicles is advantageous
