Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water supply lines using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment
• Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and schematics to identify issues and ensure compliance with local building codes
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute installation and repair tasks
• Perform remodeling and remodeling-related plumbing tasks on existing structures, ensuring seamless integration with current systems
• Operate heavy machinery such as welding equipment, construction cranes, and HVAC systems as needed on site
• Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent leaks, blockages, or failures; troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently
• Follow safety protocols related to construction site work, heavy lifting, carpentry, and the use of power tools while maintaining a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members including carpenters, HVAC specialists, and general contractors to complete projects on time
• Adhere strictly to local building codes and regulations during all phases of installation or repair work
