Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new construction, renovations, and existing structures using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues and ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Perform pipe threading, pipe fitting, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections within water systems.
• Maintain plumbing systems through routine inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting of water supply lines, drainage systems, HVAC components, and related mechanical equipment.
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing installation activities while adhering to safety standards.
• Assist with remodeling projects by installing fixtures, replacing pipes, and contributing to carpentry or handyman tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance in commercial or residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques, schematics, blueprints reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, use of hand tools and power tools, as well as plumbing inspection cameras.
