Mr. Flow Plumbing Inc. is a fast-growing, family-owned plumbing company serving Monterey County and the surrounding communities. We're looking for a motivated Plumbing Helper who wants to learn the trade, work alongside experienced technicians, and build a long-term career in the plumbing industry.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead plumbers with residential plumbing service and installation.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
• Help install water heaters, water filtration systems, fixtures, and piping.
• Assist with drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and sewer camera inspections.
• Dig trenches and perform basic excavation as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Keep service vehicles clean, stocked, and organized.
• Pick up materials from suppliers when needed.
• Learn proper plumbing techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

QualificationsRequired

• Plumbing experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, trenches, and all weather conditions.
• Valid California Driver License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others.

Preferred

• 1 to 3 years of plumbing or construction experience.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
