Position Summary

Baucom Plumbing a trusted, family-owned company serving Union County since 1981, is seeking skilled plumbers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on plumbing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. This role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of Commercial Plumbing Systems. Residential plumbing experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drain systems, gas piping, and plumbing fixtures * Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions * Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications * Work with various materials (copper, PVC, cast iron, PEX, etc.) * Ensure all work meets local and state plumbing codes * Operate and maintain basic plumbing tools and equipment safely * Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner * Maintain clean and organized work areas on job sites

Qualifications

* Minimum 2-3 years of Commercial Plumbing experience (apprenticeship or journeyman level) * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation techniques * Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in physically demanding environments (bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces) * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Strong communication and customer service skills
