Duties

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools
• Operate plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues within pipes and water systems
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to support project execution
• Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly tasks in accordance with project specifications
• Support heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving materials and equipment around construction sites
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards
• Use welding techniques where necessary for pipe connections or repairs in conjunction with other mechanical tasks

Qualifications

• Construction experience or background in construction plumbing is highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, water systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and mechanical principles
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction schematics accurately
• Construction site experience including remodeling or carpentry work is a plus
