Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in accordance with local building codes and schematics
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment , Machine work is a plus
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and repairs
• Conduct plumbing inspections to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or system failures; perform necessary repairs or replacements
• Use construction site experience and heavy lifting techniques to handle pipe fitting, remodeling projects, and assembly of plumbing components
• Maintain documentation of work performed, including inspection reports and repair logs; ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects or new installations while adhering to project timelines

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance in commercial or residential settings
