Job Description

We are looking for an experienced plumber specializing in new construction and repipe work to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced job site environments.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems in new residential construction (rough-in, top-out, trim)
• Perform whole-home repipes (water and/or drain systems)
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Measure, cut, and assemble pipe systems (PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, etc.)
• Work alongside builders, contractors, and other trades
• Ensure all work meets local codes and inspection requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in new construction or repipe plumbing
• Ability to read blueprints and layouts
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and materials
• Basic plumbing tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (lifting, crawling, working outdoors)

Preferred

• Experience with slab, underground, and multi-phase construction
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Experience with high-volume or production-style work
• Willing to be on call one weekend a month
