Duties

• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to perform precise work.
• Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to coordinate project tasks effectively.
• Perform remodeling and assembly tasks related to plumbing fixtures and systems as needed.
• Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor required for pipe installation and system upgrades while maintaining safety protocols.

Skills

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, schematics, and HVAC integration.
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, schematics, and local building codes.
