Job Summary

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of plumbing components
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites
• Conduct system inspections to identify issues and troubleshoot plumbing problems using mechanical knowledge and schematics.
• Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of systems
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and compliance with safety standards

Experience

• Proven construction site experience with a strong background in construction plumbing projects
• Hands-on experience with pipe threading, welding, schematic reading, and blueprint interpretation
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing infrastructure
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and safety procedures on active job sites
