Plumber

*Commercial/Construction Plumber*

Real HVAC Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Plumber to join our growing mechanical team!

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and maintain plumbing systems for commercial construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Work with piping systems (PVC, copper, cast iron, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on-site
• Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards
• Follow all safety protocols while working on site, driving in a company vehicle, performing job functions in the company warehouse and yard.
• Familiarity with OSHA job site requirements, follow job site safety requirements at all times
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues immediately, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection form. Vehicles should be washed on a regular basis.
• Travel to job sites and work with department to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are effectively communicated.
• Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.

Qualifications

• Commercial Plumbing: 2 Years minimum experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred

• Journeyman license or equivalent certification
• Experience with large commercial projects (schools, offices, hospitals, etc.)
