Plumber (Septic/Underground utilities)

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain septic systems, underground water lines, sewer lines, and related piping infrastructure according to project specifications and schematics.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction tools safely and effectively.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper handling of heavy machinery and hazardous materials, to maintain a safe construction environment.

Skills

* Proven experience in construction plumbing, septic system installation, or underground utilities work. * Strong knowledge of construction site procedures, safety standards, and building codes. * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. * Mechanical aptitude is a plus. * Carpentry or handyman experience beneficial for multi-trade coordination on-site. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout long workdays. *...
