We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Service & Repairs professional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

* PLUMBER POSITION- Plumber needed with a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial/restaurant service and repair. We are open 24/7 and job will consist of primarily maintenance work, basic work responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

*Responsibilities:

• Solving cross connections
• Install waste and vent piping
• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Experience with mixing valves and pressure regulators
• Troubleshoot water heaters and installing new water heaters
• Test hot and cold piping, waste and vent piping, and gas systems
• Cut openings in walls and floors for repairs
• Measure, cut, and thread pipes
• Test pipes for leaks using pressure gauges
• Document work performed and order necessary parts or materials
• Physical ability for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license (CDL) preferred for site access or material transport
• Handyman experience or background in assembly and remodeling projects is a plus
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations
