Plumber Technician

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs aligned with project specifications.
• Perform pipe threading, pipe fitting, welding, and assembly tasks in accordance with safety standards and building codes.
• Utilize construction experience to work on remodeling projects, heavy lifting tasks, and site-specific plumbing modifications.
• Inspect water systems for leaks or malfunctions; perform routine maintenance to prevent future issues.
• Collaborate with construction teams to interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and HVAC plans for integrated system installations.
• Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in the interpretation of local building codes to ensure all work complies with legal standards.
• Support construction site activities through carpentry skills or handyman experience as needed.
