Duties

• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications.
• Perform welding tasks for pipe fittings and structural components as required for specialized plumbing or HVAC applications.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to ensure efficient workflow on busy construction sites.
• Use carpentry skills for framing or remodeling tasks that support plumbing installations or upgrades.
• Operate construction vehicles such as commercial trucks for material transport while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing piping systems, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or related fields with familiarity in using hand tools, power tools, and schematics.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, pipe threading, HVAC systems, and mechanical principles relevant to plumbing work.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical schematics for complex installations.
