Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential construction sites using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts
• Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly to ensure secure connections for water supply, drainage, and HVAC systems
• Conduct remodeling tasks by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure with attention to detail and quality standards
• Operate heavy lifting equipment and perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and scaffolding setup on construction sites
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with plumbing or HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working with schematics, schematics interpretation, and construction site procedures

Experience

• Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on plumbing installation and repair
• Skilled in construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, fitting, welding, and assembly
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical systems related to plumbing and HVAC
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines
