Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction plumbing techniques
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations and repairs
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections and system integrity
• Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing fixtures and systems
• Utilize HVAC knowledge for related mechanical tasks involving heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems when necessary
• Operate heavy lifting equipment and perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting on construction sites
• Follow safety protocols on construction sites, including proper use of tools and adherence to building codes

Experience

• Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on plumbing installation or repair
• Hands-on experience with construction plumbing, pipe threading, welding, and schematic reading
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, carpentry, handyman tasks, and remodeling projects is a plus
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment efficiently and safely
