is looking for an experienced Plumber Technician to join our growing residential service plumbing team in the South Bay / San Jose area.

Position: Plumber Technician

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and servicing residential plumbing systems, including:

• Tankless water heaters
• Standard water heaters
• Drain cleaning and sewer issues
• Water lines and gas lines
• Fixtures, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals
• Leak detection and plumbing repairs
• Sewer and water service replacements
• Customer communication and job documentation
• Providing professional recommendations and estimates

Requirements

• Residential plumbing experience preferred
• Ability to diagnose plumbing issues accurately
• Clean and professional appearance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, honest, and motivated
• Ability to follow company procedures
• Must be able to take photos, write notes, and complete job paperwork
• Sales experience
• Tankless / tank water heater experience
