Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Use hand tools and power tools such as pipe threaders, wrenches, drills, and welding equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams including carpenters, HVAC specialists, and general contractors to coordinate project timelines.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting complex plumbing problems and performing system upgrades or remodels.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of plumbing experience in residential and/or commerical plumbing.
• Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with a solid understanding of plumbing systems.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices and ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
