• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs aligned with project specifications.
• Perform construction plumbing tasks such as pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and carpentry work on-site.
• Use welding techniques where necessary to join metal piping or repair damaged components.
• Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work.
• Operate heavy lifting equipment safely for transporting materials and equipment around construction sites.
• Maintain plumbing systems through routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to prevent future issues.
• Utilize HVAC knowledge when working with heating or cooling water systems in commercial or residential settings.
• Read schematics and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately.
• Demonstrate mechanical knowledge when diagnosing complex system failures or integrating new components into existing setups.
