We are launching a new sewer and drain services company serving Houston and surrounding communities and are seeking a licensed Master Plumber / General Manager to lead operations, build a team, and help grow the business.

This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who wants more than a traditional plumbing position. The successful candidate will have significant influence over operations, hiring, customer experience, and company growth.

Key Responsibilities/Operations

• Manage daily field operations
• Oversee sewer and drain service technicians
• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Schedule emergency service response
• Manage vehicles, equipment, and inventory

Technical Leadership

• Oversee sewer and drain diagnostics
• Review repair recommendations
• Support camera inspections and hydro jetting operations
• Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing regulations
• Provide technical guidance to technicians

Team Development

• Recruit and train technicians
• Establish operating procedures
• Conduct field coaching and performance reviews
• Build a culture of safety and professionalism

Business Growth

• Develop relationships with:
• Property managers
• Apartment communities
• Commercial facilities
• General contractors
• Assist with business development initiatives
• Identify opportunities for recurring commercial contracts

Required Qualifications

• Texas Master Plumber License
• 5+ years of plumbing leadership experience
• Experience managing technicians and field operations
• Strong knowledge of sewer and drain systems
• Valid Texas Driver's License
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Drain cleaning experience
• Hydro jetting experience
• Sewer camera inspection experience
• Commercial service experience
• ServiceTitan or similar software experience
• Previous General Manager or Operations Manager experience
