Plumbing Apprentice

JOB SUMMARY

The Apprentice Plumber is responsible for assisting Plumbing Installers and Plumbing Service Technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. This position is an apprenticeship role, which means that the successful candidate will receive on-the-job training from experienced plumbers. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and develop plumbing skills is essential.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assist plumbers in various plumbing tasks. * Learn and apply plumbing techniques and skills under the guidance of experienced plumbers. * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. * Assist with pipe fitting, installation, and soldering as needed. * Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure proper installation. * Perform pipe threading and cutting. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. + This list of duties and responsibilities is illustrative only of the tasks performed by this position and is not all-inclusive, but representative; other duties may be assigned.
