If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to work hard, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and real-world experience needed to help you advance into a Service Plumber position. Advancement is based on performance, initiative, and attitude—not simply time on the job.

What You'll Do

• Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing service, repair, installation, and maintenance
• Learn residential and commercial plumbing systems through hands-on field training
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment
• Load, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and inventory
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
• Deliver professional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and teammates
• Follow company safety procedures and quality workmanship standards
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn a skilled trade
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Able to safely lift 75–100 pounds
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in crawl spaces, and in varying weather conditions
• Valid Texas Driver's License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record screening
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

No plumbing experience is required.
