WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute plans to grow the plumbing division, expand market share, and strengthen our presence in Northwest Montana
• Own Financial Performance: Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, billing, and contracts to ensure profitability and financial health
• Lead Project Execution: Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams across commercial plumbing projects - ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery
• Optimize Operations: Manage manpower, scheduling, and backlog while tracking KPIs to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Build Teams & Relationships: Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while building strong relationships with clients, GCs, and industry partners

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
• Proven leadership experience in mechanical/plumbing contracting, with strong knowledge of preconstruction and project execution
