Plumbing Field Supervisor

Job Overview

Looking for an experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our service team while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support plumbing technicians in the field
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
• Train, mentor, and evaluate field personnel
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide technical guidance
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and local plumbing codes
• Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and project managers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
• Ability to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes
• Professional appearance and commitment to excellent customer service
