Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to join our U.S Rebuild team in Burnsville, NC. We are looking for a licensed plumber with a heart for ministry and a passion to serve. As a Plumbing Foreman, you will have the opportunity to lead volunteer teams, oversee plumbing work on home rebuilds, and assist in stewarding our homeowners through the rebuilding process. In the role of a Plumbing Foreman, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
• Collaborate with the Rebuild Construction Manager and Project Superintendent to plan and execute plumbing work and repairs in residential construction
• Oversee daily on-site volunteer teams, provide training and hands-on supervision to ensure all team members understand their responsibilities and are equipped to work effectively
• Maintain high standards of quality on every project while monitoring expenses to ensure alignment with the approved budget
• Provide safety briefings and on-site project training, ensuring all work complies with safety protocols and regulations
• Maintains inventory of tools, materials, and plumbing equipment at each job site
• Ensure subcontractor work meets Samaritans Purse standards for quality and compliance
• Perform final inspections of plumbing work to ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local codes and laws
• Communicate with Rebuild leadership, providing updates on project progress and identifying upcoming needs
