Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to join our U.S Rebuild team in Burnsville, NC. We are looking for a licensed plumber with a heart for ministry and a passion to serve. As a Plumbing Foreman, you will have the opportunity to lead volunteer teams, oversee plumbing work on home rebuilds, and assist in stewarding our homeowners through the rebuilding process.

A day in the life of a Plumbing Foreman

At Samaritan's Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.

In the role of a Plumbing Foreman, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
• Collaborate with the Rebuild Construction Manager and Project Superintendent to plan and execute plumbing work and repairs in residential construction
• Oversee daily on-site volunteer teams, provide training and hands-on supervision to ensure all team members understand their responsibilities and are equipped to work effectively
• Maintain high standards of quality on every project while monitoring expenses to ensure alignment with the approved budget
• Provide safety briefings and on-site project training, ensuring all work complies with safety protocols and regulations
• Maintains inventory of tools, materials, and plumbing equipment at each job site
• Ensure subcontractor work meets Samaritans Purse standards for quality and compliance
• Perform final inspections of plumbing work to ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local codes and laws
• Communicate with Rebuild leadership, providing updates on project progress and identifying upcoming needs
• Install or supervise all plumbing work, and conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing plumbing infrastructure
• All other duties as assigned
