At United Mechanical, we provide commercial and institutional HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services throughout Southwest Florida. Our areas of expertise include healthcare facilities, schools and universities, hospitality, and commercial buildings.

As a result of our continued growth and success, we’re looking for an experienced Plumber Foreman to lead crews on projects primarily throughout Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime. We’re growing and expanding and are looking for professional, career-minded leaders who take pride in their workmanship, can effectively manage field crews, and are committed to delivering quality results. What you'll do

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction and service projects.
• Coordinate daily job site activities, manpower, and project priorities to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
• Oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and system replacements while ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable codes.
• Determine material needs and coordinate ordering of parts and supplies.
• Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and junior plumbers.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
• Complete and review job documentation, field reports, and required paperwork accurately.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, customers, and fellow team members to ensure successful project execution.
