Job Responsibilities

Plumbing System Installation & Repairs – Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs System Inspections & Testing – Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settings Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Identify issues, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions to customers Customer Interaction – Communicate with customers to inform them of issues, recommended solutions, and service outcomes Code Compliance – Ensure all installations and repairs comply with national, state, and local plumbing codes Cost Estimates & Service Calls – Respond to customer inquiries, handle service call-outs, and prepare cost estimates for plumbing services Record Keeping – Utilize Service Titan software to document repairs, maintenance, and service calls accurately Safety Compliance – Follow industry safety standards to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently Customer Service – Deliver exceptional service with a professional and customer-focused approach

Qualifications

Experience – 3+ years of experience as a plumbing installer or a similar role RI or MA Journeyman Plumbing License with field experience Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including water heaters, toilets,...
