Job Responsibilities* Preventive Plumbing Maintenance – Perform scheduled maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan. * System Inspections – Conduct routine inspections of plumbing components, identifying wear, hazards, or performance issues before they become major problems. * Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Diagnose plumbing malfunctions using testing devices and technical knowledge to determine root causes and corrective actions. * Repairs & Component Replacement – Repair or replace defective piping, faucets, leaks, and other plumbing components to restore safe operation. * Equipment Maintenance – Maintain plumbing equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. * Documentation & Reporting – Record maintenance activities, inspection results, and repair recommendations using Service Titan or similar software. * Code & Safety Compliance – Ensure all maintenance work adheres to national plumbing codes and local building regulations while following strict safety protocols. * Collaboration – Work closely with service technicians, supervisors, and homeowners to coordinate maintenance schedules and communicate system conditions clearly. * Emergency Response – Provide timely support for urgent plumbing issues requiring immediate maintenance attention....
