Responsibilities As a Residential Licensed Service Plumber, you will:* Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs * Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes * Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills on every job * Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with homeowners * Attend periodic manufacturer and in-house training classes * Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures * Manage proper inventory of equipment, tools, and parts needed for repairs * Complete accurate documentation of all service and maintenance calls * Handle physical workloads of at least 50 lbs.
