Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Plumbing Instructor to teach Tier I Code & Theory as part of our adult evening plumbing program. The ideal candidate will bring real-world experience, strong instructional skills, and a passion for developing the next generation of licensed plumbers.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in Plumbing Code and Theory (Tier I) in alignment with Massachusetts state requirements.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons, assessments, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Support adult learners of varying experience levels through clear instruction and mentorship.
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Master Plumbing License (required).
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong understanding of Massachusetts Plumbing Code and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and committed to adult education and workforce development.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
