Job Overview

We are seeking experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Water Softener Installation Technicians to join our growing team. This position is ideal for licensed plumbers or experienced plumbing professionals with a strong background in installing residential water treatment systems.

Our technicians are provided with scheduled installation appointments and are expected to complete high-quality installations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install residential water softener, filtration, and water treatment systems according to company standards and local plumbing codes.
• Inspect installation sites and determine the appropriate installation methods.
• Ensure all systems are operating properly before completing each job.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic questions regarding system operation.
• Accurately complete installation documentation and job reports.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed Plumber (preferred but not required if highly experienced)
• Previous experience installing water softeners, whole-home filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, or other residential water treatment equipment.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing practices and water treatment products.

• Minimum of 2 years of plumbing or water treatment installation experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
