If you're mechanically inclined, willing to work hard, and eager to learn, we'll provide hands-on training alongside experienced plumbers.

Already have plumbing experience?

We're also seeking candidates with higher-level plumbing skills. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, certifications, and abilities.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour to start for entry-level candidates

*Higher wages available for experienced plumbing candidates*

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday
• Overtime opportunities available

What You'll Do

• Pick up and deliver plumbing materials and parts from suppliers
• Assist plumbers with service calls, repairs, and installations
• Help excavate and backfill trenches for water, sewer, and gas line projects
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
• Assist with water heater installations and plumbing projects
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform general labor duties on residential and commercial job sites

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Plumbing experience
• Construction or excavation experience
• Experience operating equipment and power tools
• CDL is a plus but not required
