Our plumbing division is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Manager to lead our plumbing operations. The Plumbing Manager is responsible for overseeing department field operations, managing plumbing personnel, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional customer service. This leadership role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and service teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operations Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily plumbing service and construction operations.
• Supervise field personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials for projects and service calls.
• Monitor job progress to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure all work meets company standards.

Project Management

• Coordinate residential, commercial, and municipal plumbing projects.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Assist with estimating labor, materials, and project costs.
• Identify and resolve project issues quickly to minimize delays.

Customer Relations

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and quality workmanship.
• Assist with preparing estimates, proposals, and service recommendations when needed.
