Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Plumbing Service Manager to lead our plumbing department while helping shape the future of our growing organization.

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily plumbing operations, coaching technicians, improving profitability, optimizing ServiceTitan, supporting estimating, maintaining exceptional customer service, and continuously improving operational processes.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading people, solving operational challenges, analyzing data, and rolling up their sleeves when needed.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the plumbing service department.
• Coach, mentor, and develop plumbing technicians to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage technician scheduling, productivity, and workflow.
• Utilize ServiceTitan to monitor KPIs, dashboards, reporting, dispatch efficiency, memberships, and job profitability.
• Review estimates, invoices, job costing, and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure accurate billing, inventory tracking, and material usage.
