Position Summary

The Plumbing Service Helper assists experienced plumbing technicians with residential and light commercial service calls. This entry-level position provides hands-on training and opportunities to develop technical skills while supporting plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services.

Essential Job Duties

* Assist plumbing technicians with service, repair, and installation work * Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites * Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas * Assist with basic plumbing tasks under the direction of a licensed technician * Retrieve tools, parts, and materials needed during service calls * Help with fixture removal, pipe preparation, cleanup, and related support tasks * Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition * Follow company safety policies and procedures * Communicate effectively with technicians, supervisors, and office staff * Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers * Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
