Key Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee daily operations of the plumbing service department * Manage, coach, develop, and hold accountable plumbing technicians and support staff * Oversee service warehouse operations including inventory management, purchasing, truck stock, and material control * Partner with dispatch and customer service teams to maximize scheduling efficiency and revenue opportunities * Drive departmental KPIs including revenue per technician, close rate, average ticket, and customer satisfaction scores * Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company operational standards * Monitor fleet readiness, equipment availability, inventory levels, and technician efficiency * Oversee departmental budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance * Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally * Work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to help grow service demand and department profitability * Implement technician training, coaching, and performance improvement plans * Track service performance metrics and continuously improve operational processes * Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships * Ensure...
