What You’ll Do (The Best of Both Worlds)

This role perfectly balances strategic office leadership with hands-on field mentorship. You won’t just be managing spreadsheets; you’ll be molding the next generation of top-tier plumbers.

• In the Office: Lead daily huddles, run engaging team training sessions, and keep our service processes running like a well-oiled machine.
• In the Field: Conduct ride-alongs to coach technicians in real-time, refine their customer service skills, and help troubleshoot complex technical jobs.
• Development: Actively mentor apprentices, tradesmen, and journeymen to help them hit their personal and professional career goals.

What We Are Looking For

• Plumbing License Required: Must be a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber (highly qualified Tradesmen or advanced Apprentices with strong leadership skills may be considered).
• Tech & Systems Savvy: Prior experience utilizing ServiceTitan is a must.
• The Nexstar Advantage: Nexstar Service System training is a huge plus. (If you aren't trained yet, you must be eager to learn it—we invest in best-in-class Nexstar training for our leaders).
