Plumbing Service Supervisor

Cayman Mechanical Company (CMC) is seeking an experienced and technically strong Plumbing Service Supervisor to lead our Service Department across residential and commercial clients in the Cayman Islands.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily service operations, maintenance contracts, and wastewater treatment systems, while also acting as the main technical point of contact for the business.

You will work closely with management to improve efficiency, support technicians in the field, and ensure a high level of customer service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plumbing service operations, including scheduling and dispatching technicians
• Act as the main technical support point for service staff and customers
• Handle technical customer enquiries, emergency call-outs, and breakdown support
• Prepare and issue estimates and quotations for repairs, installations, and maintenance work
• Manage and support maintenance contracts and preventative service programs
• Oversee servicing of plumbing systems, wastewater treatment systems, lift stations, pumps, grease traps, water heaters, and propane gas systems
• Support technicians with job planning, troubleshooting, and technical guidance
• Order parts, materials, and equipment, and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure materials are delivered on time and jobs are properly resourced
• Inspect completed work for quality, safety, and code compliance
• Document all maintenance activities, parts used, and follow-up recommendations in our facility management system
• Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and clients regarding issues and resolutions
• Support improvement of systems, processes, and overall service efficiency
• Work closely with management to support business growth and operational performance
