Plumbing Service Technician III

### Position Summary

### This position works under general supervision and is responsible for performing commercial/industrial plumbing work consisting of installations, alterations, additions and/or repairs of plumbing systems and associated materials and equipment within the plumbing construction industries utilizing the knowledge and skills developed through the attainment of a Journeyman plumbing license. Deliver effective and efficient Commercial plumbing services including but not limited to general plumbing maintenance, repairs and drain cleaning in accordance with State Plumbing Code statutes. Maintains invoice records on all services provided. Maintains company equipment and tools. This is a safety-sensitive position.

### Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material.
• Perform mathematical calculations.
• Diagnose and resolve problems.
• Manage priorities and workflow.

### Other Duties and Responsibilities

* Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes, completion of projects and smooth operation of department.

### Education and Experience

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Commercial Service Plumbing: 3 years (Preferred)

### Required Skill, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
