The position is a service technician where you will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems while delivering a seamless experience for our customers. • Diagnose & Solve: Inspect residential/commercial systems to accurately identify leaks, clogs, and failures.
• Execute Repairs: Fix, replace, and install water heaters, fixtures, pumps, and piping to exact code.
• Maintain Precision: Ensure every weld, thread, and connection is clean, durable, and professional.
• Educate Customers: Explain issues clearly to clients and offer upfront, honest solutions without high-pressure sales.
• Document Work: Keep clear, electronic records of jobs, materials used, and service recommendations.
• Drive Safely: Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle and operate it safely within the community.

What We’re Looking For

• The License: Active Journeyman Plumber License in the state of Michigan.
• The Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on field experience.
• The Blueprint: Strong ability to read schematics, blueprints, and navigate complex plumbing layouts.
• The Tools: Company Provided & specialty equipment provided.
• The Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving history.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
